What Alexa Muller doesn't like about Embassy Suites By Hilton St. Louis Airport:
Maybe it’s the fact I’m use to a different level /quality of stay. This hotel is absolutely a terrible place to stay.Dirty and unkept is the best description for this place. Staff is ok however for the money we should drive down to Renaissance. Hilton be better.See photos for room condition at check in. View all feedback.

I advise breakfast when they open because if you wait the food, potatoes etc are cold unless you order an omelet.Safety: Felt safe in the pool by myself

The hallways were super hot for it to be 90+outside. Over all it wasn't too bad of a stay Our room was clean however didn't have extra toiletries had to call the front desk and WAIT to get what we needed
Appeared understaffed. Common area and room was dirty. Generally appeared to be very poorly maintained. Pool water on floors from dripping clients in most common areas and elevators. (They actually ran out of pillows and ROOM KEYS at the front desk. This is not typical of my experience at other airport area EMBASSY SUITES.
If you like eating biscuits and gravy and gravy with your fingers, than this is the place for you. I sat at breakfast for 45 minutes and the only thing that was available to eat was biscuits and gravy and eggs. All tables are full of plates so even if you were able to get food, there was no where to eat it. All coffee and juices are out 45 minutes prior to breakfast closing. No utensils, all staff is unfriendly and doesn’t care about their horrible. Multiple people complaining consistently and no staff does anything. The line for ordering food took 40 minutes total. Which is unavoidable because it’s the only way to get food. Terrible experience, and I usually give the benefit of the doubt, except this has happened on multiple occasions on multiple stays.
