It wasn't in a year. That was the first time in this. It was great,bad staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I ordered the Ultimare Fettuccine Alfredo Platter Breadsticks I asked for a side of Meat Sauce, they forgot my Meat Sauce. I also had asked for Parm Cheese packets they only put 1 in the bag. On top of this I had wanted to purchase a Lg. Strawberry Italian Ice Drink, but for the 2nd visit their ice machine was still broke. Their money maker( is their Breadsticks which are better than a higher priced Italian establishment. If ur looking for good Italian food at reasonable Fast Food prices, then Fazoli's is good, but they need to improve Customer Service Interior Cleanliness Sanitization of the restaurant!!

Sue was so pretty that she met us at the front doors and kept her open for my grandmother. My grandma is 92 and we eat once a week and that was our 3rd visit. Thanks for GREAT Service Sue!!!

Ms. LaKaila Ellis in the Brigdeton Fazolis was the best branch, cash I had for a long time. She quickly brought our food and made sure that we enjoyed our Fazolis experience. Keep the great work.

Being from NY I was a little hesitant to try this Italian stain, but I am glad I did. I had the salad, the loaded Alfredo, and it was good. The breadsticks should die. You're soooo good. Will definitely be back when I'm a Fazoli somewhere.
