Make sure to arrive early if you're in the mood for ribs! The rolls are absolutely fantastic...
The brisket was nicely smoked and definitely tender; it passed the pull test for sure! The rolls and sides were also enjoyable, and the banana pudding was excellent. I would definitely return!
We received a generous portion of ribs, and they were delicious! We arrived right when the restaurant opened, so perhaps if we had come later, we would have enjoyed ribs that were freshly cooked that day. Next time, I’ll make sure to visit later in the day.
