Ny Family Pizza - Bridgeport

Not sure why this place had negative reviews, but from my experience her pizza is delicious and fresh. The dough is very freshly soft and chewing and they have an option for you to adjust as it is cooked. They also deliver what is great, and the supplier even comes to the door that is a rarity these days. But as I said, as far as the pizza goes, I recommend this place for quality and price, will be another review as soon as I try their salads and pasta.

Great pizza and grinder!! One of the best in the BPT range. The people who write these bad reviews obviously have no idea what good food is.. I literally order from here 3-5 times a week, because it is right around the corner of my apartment and deliver it. 98% of the time it is perfect and fast. if something is wrong it fix it immediately..

Chiefs or cooks the person who makes the food they never use glove and touch people food with there naked hands

I used to love coming here but not anymore. Quality of pizza is poor. Very thin pizza with no real substance on it. Very light weight, not enough cheese, meat or sause. Got a burger before and it was sliced white bread, no bun. Ordered popcorn shrimp its tiny bits of fried batter like no shrimp at all. Save your money not worth what you pay .

This was my favorite place to order pizza and wings, however last week when I placed an order on Monday Sept 6(labor day) we got sick..I placed an order thru the allhungry system that they use and I wrote them in regards to my order and they said call the restaurant after playing email games not trying to deal with matter because I requested a refund for my family and I getting sick from food. I called the restaurant and the man that answered had a thick accent and I asked him his name and he said I'm the Baker why? I said is that the way you speak to your loyal customer? He was very nasty and snooty. I let him know we got sick from order and I wanted a refund. My gosh when I said thus he really got nasty and started saying things out his mouth I'm not gonna repeat and i said things back. .then he said not my problem, call the owner on Friday and he hung up! I never was so humiliated!!!!! I didn't call back, that was horrible . I never had an issue with this place, one thing I won't do is order anything from that place anymore!!!!!!! Since we couldn't come to a resolution, I will be doing a chargeback. My advice, don't you guys order from this place!!!!!!!
