Description
KFC is facing significant criticism for its inconsistent service and disappointing food quality. Customers have reported issues ranging from missing items in orders to false advertising regarding hours of operation, leaving diners frustrated and unable to place phone orders. Complaints highlight dry, unappetizing chicken and sides, with only the coleslaw receiving praise. Additionally, there have been concerns about the lack of customer support, as attempts to seek refunds have gone unanswered. This has led patrons to recommend alternative locations that uphold the brand’s reputation for quality. Overall, current experiences suggest a need for improvement in both service and food preparation.

The business hours indicate that they close at 10 PM from Monday to Friday, but I arrived at 9:20 PM only to find the doors locked. This makes it difficult for customers to access the restaurant and ultimately leads to losses for the owners.
This place is the worse. They take there sweet time to get orders done while people wait and they talking with each other in the back. I did a mobile order and came to pick up and my food still wasn’t done. Mind you no customers were waiting!
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The managers completely overlooked me while they strolled around eating and getting drinks, leaving my food to get cold as I waited. When I finally received assistance, my chicken was cold and overcooked, and they refused to replace it. They frequently told me they were out of items or that there would be a 15-minute wait, all while shrugging as if they didn't care. I've never felt so disrespected, and I've noticed this happening to many other customers as well. This has occurred to me three times in just one week, so I've decided not to return. If the staff isn't interested in doing their jobs, they shouldn't be working there. It's frustrating to pay for food only to receive an attitude from a young server. Honestly, they should think about hiring new staff or just closing the place down, because it's not worth the money. The food is often dry or simply unavailable—even two hours before closing time. It's disheartening!
I ordered chicken tenders, and they were surprisingly small, making it feel like a scam. When I took a bite, they were so tough that I could hardly chew them. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
I went in to order two 10-piece meals without white meat, but the employee informed me that they had run out of legs and thighs and wouldn’t have any cooks available for the rest of the night. This was at 7:20 PM on a Thursday! I was astonished and inquired about other options like crispy chicken or tenders, but they said all they had was sides. I genuinely don’t understand how a chicken restaurant can run out of chicken! It seems like they could have easily gone across the street to Price Rite, picked up some bags of chicken, and made it work. The customer service was awful, and it looks like they won’t be seeing much profit. I’ll definitely share my experience and I recommend you go to Crown Chicken or Popeyes instead. They really need to improve their planning and strategies for future service. Good luck, but I won’t be returning.
