So I ordered a cheeseburger. over four dollars later I took 1 bit from a crust-hard pattie of meat that was over boiled and cold. there were 3 women who worked this layer and I was the only one! Imagine if they actually did their job? mindblowing? that the people who are trying to apply and show up on a job, but still refuse to provide customer service. sad thing is that I have actually found memories of hardee’s and therefore I have stopped there first.

And business was not slow either.Out and about traveling and decided to eat lunch here.

However, during... read more Food was good when we stopped but service was SLOW. I am understanding of businesses' struggles when it's busy and there may be staffing issues. However, during our stop (11/27 dinner time) it wasn't busy and there were quite a few workers just standingaround looking as if they didn't know what to do. It appeared to be a management issue.

We got to the window after ordering our burgers with no ketchup or mayo. Upon getting to the window my husband asked if they were without ketchup or mayoand they were not as we ordered them. The women at the window was going to ask the kitchen if that's how we ordered it. I ordermy food like this where ever we go. We paid for this food and we could wait no get. Needless to say we did not receive our foodor a refund. Fast food means fast food. Not over a 30 minute wait then being disrespected by one of your employees.
