Service was slow, but food was great. Disco fries are probably my favorite dish, idk what sauce they use but if you like Russian sauce, then it'll blow your freakin mind. It's tangy but just bursting with flavor, and that's just the sauce alone. They top itwith layers of cheese and onions. I can honestly say I've never had French fries like Frankie's disco fries before. If itweren't for the slow service I'd easily give it a 4 star based off that one dish. Their other options are also generouslyproportioned so you're always going to have a full stomach with any entree. Good place for a quick bite!

The waitress was amazing and very helpful.we need more people like her! Food and prices were great too! Keep up the great work! God bless us all ??????????????????

The woman at the counter that sounds like a man is HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! SHE WAS MAD THAT I CANCELLED 1 THING ON MY ORDER SO SHE PROCEEDED TO MARK UP MY $20 BILL (THAT CAME FROM THE BANK ATM!!! AND TELL ME THAT IT 'S FAKE. I THEN WENT RIGHT BACK TO WHERE I TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF AND THE MANAGER RE-CHECKED IT AND SHOWS ITS REAL AND HAS A YELLOW MARK ON IT. I THEN CALLED FRANKIES BACK AND THE MANLY WOMAN WAS SO NASTY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR EVEN DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. THIS PERSON SHOULDN 'T BE ALLOWED TO WORK ANYWHERE AROUND PEOPLE, LET ALONE AT A RESTAURANT, WHERE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE ON A DAILY BASIS. CLEARLY, SHE 'S A MISERABLE PERSON WHO 'S MAD AT WHERE SHE ENDED UP IN LIFE, AND JUST A HATER. THERE ARE SOOO MANY BETTER DINERS, JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This place has changed since covid ordered a turkey club special , which was supposed to have fresh roasted turkey Looks like it was purchased at Walmart Slimy wet package turkey Why frankie why Let me guess cut the cost down. Too bad. Plus they don't give you the canister with your milkshake anymore. Anything to save a buck? No presentation into the food just a sandwich on a plate

And it seemed like it was cold cuts from Walmart. Wet packaged turkey When it's supposed to be quality roasted Turkey. 0 presentation into the food.No love or passion They don't. Give you the canister anymore with the milkshake. It's the little things that count Frankie.
