The gentleman who took my money was super nice but the only reason why I went there was for their deep fried strawberry and cream pies they only had 3 which was... read more The gentleman who took my money was super nice but the only reason why I went there was for their deep fried strawberry and cream pies they only had 3 which was fine but when I asked when will you get more in I was told well we have more but they take7 minutes to cook well heck I sat in line for at least 7 mins told the guy I would have waited see I tried to order 6originally but was told we only have 3 so I just wish they would have said something like well we have more but we have to makethem would you like to wait in the parking lot and someone can bring them out when their done

Well everytime I get it, I have to go back because they put everything... read more Everytime I go thru, I order something simple. Market Fresh Roast Beef only Mayo. Simple. Well everytime I get it, I have to go back because they put everything on it. I even gotten it with everything but mayo one time. But today was different. My bosswent and got it for us. I told her Mayo only. She ordered it brought it back. It had everything on it. I called and asked themif I could get it remade. They said yes. I went back on my break. I go through the drive-thru. The lady at the window said nexttime order it mayo only because I didn't know that's what you wanted. Any other time, when I order it, it's made wrong so eitherway you most likely would have had to remake. I just could have done without that remark. I was kind to you. You can be kindback. I chose not to argue about it and just said thank you. Try for better and do better.

The assistant manager said that because we didn’t say large they gave a mini wrap. They should ask Mini or large like any other Arby’s. Will never go to martins ferry Arby’s ever again!!
