Carol did a nice job for my wedding dinner. We had delicious beef Wellington and salmon. In addition, coconut shrimps, filled mushrooms, crab cakes and homemade pigs in a blanket. It was beautifully presented and delicious!
Carol never disappoints, IMO she is one of the best chefs around! So glad she's back. We have the Butternut Squash soup, the WAS amazing. The Mediterranean quiche was wonderful and the pumpkin Pie was the best we ever had, seriously. My neighbors said their cream spinach was amazing, check them out!!! Thanks Carol.
The best pumpkin cake hands down! Not sure the spices used, but incredible! Also Butternut Squash soup and quiche from this world! Look forward to further offers of the plate as takeout.
It has the best food I've always had consistently for many years. I followed them and this woman has a fork and a knife in her blood she's talented. Don't miss the Nook in disappointment.
Five stars all around. Carol runs a good show and you can tell she makes her food with love. Highly recommend.
