Pizza Hut - Bridgend

If you were thinking of having a quick pizza with friends before shopping then don’t bother... genuine the SLOWEST serving place on earth. Waited 30/40 minutes Per buffet pizza, the pizza is only 4 small slices at a time. In the end we left still waiting for 4 orders of pizza. TERRIBLE

We decide to have pizza for a change. Service was brilliant Food was warm and we was looked after by Abby 0. Thank you for the lovely welcome and service. We will be back

Very rude staff who for some reason do not know what has been ordered on the app for the take away menu, then asked to check my order and slamming down the lids and walking off. I will never use this restaurant chain in future, very disappointing

Late on delivery, unhygienic place. Staff never wash their hand in their. Unfair with staff. Never pay last payment for their staff when they leave.

2 of us visited today (1 adult 1 child), arriving early at about 11.45am. We were seated quickly and our order taken promptly. The buffet was ready and well stocked initially but wasn’t topped up very often leaving a limited choice at times. The fizzy drink machine broke after we’d had only one glass of the refillable option. The manager happily refunded this from the bill. The toilets were broken and completely closed which would have been nice to know before we were seated. Not a problem for us, but it was for some families with younger children. When we left there was a considerable queue of people waiting to be seated despite there being plenty of empty tables. There didn’t seem to be enough staff to cope with the number of customers poor planning from a management on what was always going to be a busy day.
