What a find! Stumbled across this little gem by accident and we were vert impressed (two of us). Card payments accepted too so that’s a bonus. Anyway, the food; I had the spicy meat feast wrap and it was awesome! Great flavours and all the meat was cooked fresh for the wrap. Beautiful. Will definitely come back. Covid lockdown meant that myself and my colleagues were stuck for lunch options, working in an essential service with a massively increased workload we were so happy to discover Lilos delivery service, not only did they make delicious food it was also delivered to us fuss free. The portion sizes were brilliant for the prices and the flavours just WOW!! I can't wait for my next Lilos : Keep up the great service guys :

We ordered three pasta dishes last week. My son ate his meal in about five mouthfuls and went off hunting for something else to eat. My other son had to throw his away due to very strict dietary requirements and I forced myself to eat cold stodgy pasta it was unpleasant. I returned to the store the following morning and showed them photos and my receipt. Initially the supervisor apologised and offer a full refund. When she returned from the office she explained she couldn’t offer a refund as it wasn’t returned on the same day. I explained that wasn’t possible as I only identified the issue after they had closed. She shrugged and said she couldn’t do anything about it and suggested I raise it via social media. I’m not normally a keyboard warrior and I would have preferred to have sorted this out amicably face to face but I was left with no choice. As a reminder, there are laws in place to protect people against food items not being ‘as described’ and takeaway owners exercising reasonable care and skill. I suggest the management refresh their knowledge of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 and Consumer Rights Act. My advice to anyone considering placing an order is to go elsewhere if you want your food to match you order/expectation. I’m following this review up with a referral to Trading Standards Wales to get a resolution. It’s a shame this couldn’t be resolved amicably.
The breakfast bagels are fantastic, always served hot and fresh. The staff is wonderful, providing helpful and friendly service. Thank you for the excellent experience!
I recently had one of the breakfast bagels at Lilo's on Saturday and they were delicious. They were very tasty and hit the spot perfectly. Thank you Lilo's!
