Contribute FeedbackAt Frankie and Benny’s in The Derwen Designer Outlet Village, Bridgend, experiences vary widely. While some diners enjoy prompt service and a family-friendly atmosphere, others express disappointment in food quality and value. Many dishes, including lasagna and breakfast items, have been described as overcooked or lacking flavor. However, the restaurant's expanding vegan options, especially the BBQ wings, earn praise from those with dietary preferences. Despite its convenient location and potential for improvement, several patrons warn against returning, citing inconsistent quality and service. For dining during a shopping trip, it seems Frankie and Benny’s may not be the top choice.
Good selection of vegan options on Starter main and desert
Frankie Benny's is just on the road for us and offers great vegan options (and seen, have more options every time we go! . Can confirm that their vegan BBQ wings are divine and break all their desserts!

I used to enjoy Frankie & Benny's when I was younger and have visited twice in the past two years since the Swansea location closed. Unfortunately, I was disappointed on both occasions. The Uber side door system is poorly thought out, with delivery drivers crowding the main dining area. Charging £1 for a blue cheese dip seemed excessive, and the garlic pizza bread, once a favorite, has shrunk in size and become tough. During my most recent visit, the staff were incredibly loud and inattentive, making unnecessary noise and neglecting to clear tables promptly. This lack of care for the customers' experience was unacceptable. It is disappointing to see the decline in quality at this restaurant.
