Absolutely amazing! We visit this place every summer during our grocery shopping because my partner is truly obsessed with it. I really enjoy the sandwich and soup combo, and the staff is incredibly kind.
There's always plenty of seating available, even during the busiest times, and the noise level is generally manageable, except for when there are children around—but that's just something we have to accept. The staff are friendly and have even asked me a couple of times about what I’m studying for so long. I usually place an order once or twice during my study sessions because the food is delicious and served quickly. However, I’m giving it 4 stars because I’ve noticed that my meals can vary in preparation depending on who is working. Sometimes I'm really satisfied with my order, while other times I find myself asking for extra croutons or cheese, even though I typically order the same thing. Overall, it's a great place and I look forward to returning!
What a great morning! We were on our way back from Cedar Point and stopped in for brunch. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, the food was delicious, and the environment was welcoming. Katelynn, the manager, stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal. She was delightful. I would, and will, happily return to this Panera location. It is, by far, the best one I've ever been to.
