Our waiting time Sunday for lunch was one hour and 35 minutes after passing the order ! Needles to say that very little time was lost appreciating whatever food was eventually served ! VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I am very disappointed with the service I received at the restaurant today (16/05/2024) I had originally made a reservation for 2 people but due to an emergency, I had to bring my daughter along. My son had an accident and was rushed to the hospital with my husband, leaving me no choice but to bring my daughter with me. Upon arrival, I tried to explain the situation to your staff. Instead of listening and understanding, they rudely interrupted and insisted that I should have been clearer when making the reservation to avoid such a mistake. I even suggested that we could keep the same table but simply add a chair for my daughter, as she will not be eating. However, instead of accommodating this reasonable request, the staff was extremely rude and insisted that I did not understand their protocol. I felt deeply offended by their lack of empathy and the accusatory tone they used. Their behavior was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of empathy. This made an already stressful evening even more difficult for me and my daughter, also for my friend who came all the way to visit us. This experience has severely impacted my perception of your restaurant. Once again, I am truly upset and disappointed.
