I went here today and everything I had order was right and I still can 't get over who made me my surprise me drink because I think it is my new favorite. All the workers where very nice and sweet. 10/10 would go again. View all feedback.
What Enchanted Moon doesn't like about Starbucks:
Went through the Drive thru, couldn?t hear what they said so I just said my drink. She responds ? I said !! I?ll be right with you. The way she said it was very rude. I can?t believe it. When I got to the checkout window I asked the girl what her name was that was taking the orders. Her name is Danika. I hope these aren?t going to be the kind of people they employ. Never ever had a problem before View all feedback.

Pay it forward! I love this Starbucks! During the height of COVID and seasonal depression was high. I would drive up to the drive through and they randomly would.twll me the person in front of me and for me if I would like to pay for the person behind me. I said absolutely I would like too! It happened about 3 times. I am a RN and worked in Hospice through the pandemic. So I pronounced everyone. It was emotionally taxing. However this Starbucks and the pay it forward literally gave me a little push to keep going. Also there is literally a man who looks like a model in the drive through! I literally spilled my drink lol and he is so kind. The entire staff is amazing. I now am in school for my masters and I am a business owner. The atmosphere inside is organized and quiet and respectful. The food: My order me always Right! Literally always, food is always warm and drinks are always fresh. They have patience and will even offer suggestions which are a game changer!
Amazing customer service here! All of the staff was super professional friendly when I went at like 6 am, which I definitely admire because I could never be that friendly that early in the morning. Specifically, Laura had some of the greatest customer service I?ve seen! I didn?t have my wallet with me so I had to pay with quarters I had in my car, which I felt really bad about but she was extremely kind anyway. Definitely the best customer service in a Starbucks I?ve seen in a long time
