Tonight Jolene delivered my order and she was by far the sweetest human. It was raining and it was hard for her to find my building. I went outside to meet her and found that in 40 degree weather ,on top of it raining, she was delivering without acoat on. She ran up and i proceeded to help her out. Frustrating experience turned into a pleasant surprise. I ordered one small pizza and cheesy bread for delivery, estimated delivery time, 30 minutes. Well 45 minutes later, I called to get an update. Associate was nice on the phone, he said sincethere was only two drivers, it was going to be a long wait. Was alittle frustrated but I told him I understood and that I?lljust go pick it up. When I got there I asked about taking off the delivery fee and applying the 3 dollar discount for picking itup. The manager came right up and comped the whole order for the inconvience! Everyone is understaffed right now. I gave thisstaff kindness and they gave it right back!

The service is punctual, clean and friendly. I would get my pizza from the dominosis to 88 and it would be man in the box. Aka a mess of cheese on a lid. But my orders here are convenient and Tim is very passionate about his job! So enchanting!
They told me they came to me when I literally sat in front of the door until they closed. I have a message that they left the store with my pizza, but I never got a message that they're here, and I never got a call. The store claimed they called when they arrived and knocked on the door, but neither happened.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Steve at this restaurant. He was extremely rude and argumentative, especially when he couldn't confirm his location while delivering to my house. His lack of professionalism and poor customer service left me speechless. I can't believe I was treated this way. As someone who works with people daily, I know this is not how you should treat anyone—especially a manager! I felt disrespected as a customer. Steve insisted that I was wrong, and we all know that the customer is always right. I’m truly unhappy with both Steve and Domino's for employing someone with such terrible customer service skills. I can't believe he raised his voice at me—completely unacceptable.
