I work at a car dealership in the service dept. We had a rep come in to replace our coffee machine, he seemed a little on edge wasn't so pleasant so my coworker called to speak with the owner; Who immediately called us back and apologized and advised us to keep his personal cell phone number in case of any future issues or concerns. Within 20 mins another rep came and brought us a dozen donuts and apologized again. Amazing customer service handled the issue at hand RIGHT away. Great company very professional owner.

Wonderful company. I had an issue with one of their service reps and it was handled right away. Vicky in the office was so understanding and apologetic. Nathan the owner called me personally to apologize for the situation and a sure me it will be handled. It nice to see when the owner cares about his customers. 5 stars!!!
