Contribute Feedback What JudyMetroNYCarea doesn't like about Yama Fuji Sushi:
We have been here a few times over the years and it never seems to busy anytime we've eaten here. It looks like they have more take-out service than dine-in customers. The food is good, not spectacular. The dining area is not that big and the have a large TV showing the most bizarre infomercial. Prices are reasonable. The desserts are pre-made desserts, probably frozen. I wouldn't consider this a must go to place to... View all feedback.
One of my favorite sushi places. I almost always go for lunch, it's never crowded. Edit 05/10/24: It's still one of my favorite places to eat. Their dinner bento boxes are a ridiculous deal. The salmon teriyaki is probably the best I've ever had. The shrimp tempura was popular with the whole family. The sushi is also on point. I would rate it 4.5/5 but there's no 1/2 points in Google maps. I also attached pictures of the menu. We went for dinner, not crowded at all.
Food was great, ordered pickup from door dash and the staff were very kind.
Fantastic all around, I ordered from the sushi menu and each nigiri selection was buttery smooth and the rice it was paired with was delicate and had the proper consistency. Recommend
Excellent sushi restaurant. My favorites are the Dormant Volcano for an appetizer, and then their Yama Roll which is a spicy yellow tail, crunch, avocado wrapped with tuna, and also an Ossining Roll.
Gotten taken out from here before, it was okay. Decided to come in to sit and eat, walked up to feet pressed up against the window. Pretty sure one of the employees taking a nap. No thanks, turned right around.
