I went in today and the young gentleman making the sandwiches seemed spaced out... read more It's usually hit or miss at the subway in Brewton, but they are going downhill. I went in today and the young gentleman making the sandwiches seemed spaced out either that or ditsy. He took forever just to put chicken on bread and then overcooked it when baking . He kept spacing out, taking pauses. He's either mentally disabled or strung out. Either way he shouldn't be put in the front. He wrapped the sandwich up poorly, I pulled the wrapper out of the bag and the sandwich came out in my car. Do better Brewton!

Absolutely worthless. Internet was out so no ordering online for the recent BOGO promotion. Reason was it has to be ordered o line, which I previously attempted... read more Absolutely worthless. Internet was out so no ordering online for the recent BOGO promotion. Reason was it has to be ordered o line, which I previously attempted and showed the staff who could only do this with the internet. So I ordered a foot long BMT on white Italian. Not toasted and no cheese. Then she asks is that a 6 inch or foot long? My response was have you not been present for the previous conversation. She then threw the bread and knife on the counter and walked out. At that point I said cancel the order and also walked out. The employee with the attitude was out back smoking. She’s great for your business!!!! Will never stop here again. Cash only but not able to make two sandwiches. 4 staff standing around trying to look busy. It’s basic math.

They did, my sandwich is now ready I'm waiting for them to now pay about 3 minutes pass. I finally get to check out I told lady I wanted a discount because they put someone in front of me. Lady said well their order was ready told her I don't care I was in before her not only that she just paid my sandwich was ready and waiting for me. My point is first come first serve
