our reservation was near xmas, and the table they planned for us was right next to the piano for hotel guests who sing holiday songs. So they dragged us into the outside area that was good, but removed from our server. so everything related to our server was very slow and long dinner. but each of us enjoyed our meal. which was the real goal. all the servers seemed to scratch around and work super fast, no one really seemed to offer us a good service. it was a hectic environment that made us restless! we sat at the bar for a drink before dinner and saw that the bartender a drink with la marca prosecco instead of moët (which was listed on the menu) and then it was about to serve a customer. Overpriced, undervalued. Poor service freezing cold in Frost Bar. Sat in fireplace room still freezing.
Dining room was too bright. Server was also the bar tender so she was busy. Food was great. Ambiance could have been better
Service was very slow our drinks did not arrive until we were well into our apps. Food good, server was pleasant.
We enjoyed a delightful meal, expertly prepared and the service was beyond excellent.
Love coming here when we come to stay at Ocean Edge. Food is always great and atmosphere is nice.
