Tori was the only staff member on duty tonight and kindly asked about my evening. Despite working alone at 8:30 PM, she served me an amazing sub with a smile and provided excellent service. She truly deserves a raise if she hasn't received one recently; managing everything on her own is no easy task.
The woman behind the counter, sporting short hair, Carhartt pants, and some small arm tattoos, was quite rude throughout my visit. She wiped her nose three times, then put on gloves, but continued to wipe her nose with the gloves before making my sandwich. When I mentioned that I had ordered two of the same sandwiches, she responded, “Well, you didn’t say that!” It seems really hard to find good service anywhere these days.
So me and my boyfriend were at this subway location at around 7:10pm on Oct. 25th and there was a older lady working behind the counter who was extremely rude to us while making our sandwiches.We walked in and apparently walked in the wrong direction to order our subs and she immediately said you guys order down there this is the checkout lane ok? Were not stupid. Then we told her we had a coupon and she goes you realize there are exclusions on the bottom of that, right?! Then began listing off those exclusions. We can read lady.She was being very snarky in her responses and belittling us.We 're not coming back to that subway location, I can tell you that!
