I took my wife out to eat, had the best experience, food was on point, everything I asked for was there and my wife is a picky eater and didn't send or complain, so was the best food in brewer, if u want a date night or just to get some food. View all feedback.

The chicken dishes were horrible and cooked in old oil. The spinach and artichoke dip was mediocre and came with bland, stale chips. The bartenders were unable to make quality drinks; I tried two different cocktails, both of which were undrinkable. My friend had one drink, I had two, and the bill came out to be around $70 just for alcohol. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning. Additionally, the waitress had a negative attitude even though the restaurant was not busy.
This particular RT always seems to manage to disappoint us. Example from 2/1/22: my husband and I both got fries with our burgers. Hubby got about twice as many fries as I did. Both of our portions were cold and soggy. We did takeout and received no ketchup, mustard, napkins or utensils. We didn’t ask for them because they are generally included. The burgers, however, were great.
It was freezing cold in there like to the point the heat likely wasn't working, but they still sat people in the row of tables running up to the door. In January. In Maine. Waitress was good.
We were on holiday and that was the best restaurant. I wish we had a ruby Tuesday in Vermont
Love it. we really enjoy their bbq ribs, mac n cheese and pub bretzels here! always friendly service and enjoy the atmosphere. I love the salatable, their chicken dishes and that if there is ever a problem, they make it right! I had a problem with the staff last week and the manager went over and beyond to make it right and me. I am grateful!

The salad bar is consistently excellent. It is not too crowded tonight.
My partner and I decided to order two takeout meals from this restaurant. However, when we arrived home and checked the order, we realized that both meals were incorrect. We attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times, but there was no answer. I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this place unless you carefully check your order before leaving. This is not the first, second, or even third time we have encountered issues with our orders from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be the last time we order from here.
I went to Smashburger yesterday, and I was a bit hesitant at first but was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and great service from the waitress.
Brewer, Maine LocationVERY disappointed!My wife and I went to have lunch as we do frequently, it was not very busy, we chose seats at the bar after checking in with the hostess. Only three other patrons at the bar, the bartender was nowhere to be found. The servers had to pour their own beers as we watched several of them go behind the bar none of them even acknowledged we were there. After waiting 15 minutes, and not having anyone even speak to us or acknowledge our presence we decided to go elsewhere. This is not our first time having a bad experience with terrible service. Skimpy. Overpriced. 6 or 7 shrimp and an equal amount Of onion rings...$19.00 you should be ashamed. I won't be back. Overcharge someone else.
