I took my wife out to eat, had the best experience, food was on point, everything I asked for was there and my wife is a picky eater and didn't send or complain, so was the best food in brewer, if u want a date night or just to get some food. View all feedback.

The chicken dishes were horrible and cooked in old oil. The spinach and artichoke dip was mediocre and came with bland, stale chips. The bartenders were unable to make quality drinks; I tried two different cocktails, both of which were undrinkable. My friend had one drink, I had two, and the bill came out to be around $70 just for alcohol. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning. Additionally, the waitress had a negative attitude even though the restaurant was not busy.
Love it. We really enjoy their bbq ribs, Mac n cheese and Pub Bretzels here! Always friendly service and enjoy the atmosphere. I love the salad bar, their chicken dishes and that if there is ever a problem, they make it right! I had a problem with the staff last week and the manager went over and beyond to do it right and me. I'm grateful!
Excellent place remained beautiful and clean and probably good over their company standards for food prep, as the meals were exceptional. Beautiful to see they have gluten-free bungalow options for their burgers.
The food was good but the service was bad. Our waitress brought our drinks to us then took our food order. I wanted another drink but she never came back to the table. She went to the table across from us 3 times and never turned around to see if we needed anything. She finally brings our food but she never ordered the shrimp to go with my steak. While I was trying to get that issue resolved the table across interrupted me talking to the waitress. She turned to talk with them. I had enough. I told them she was busy with me right now. I just canceled my shrimp. I ate my food and I left a lot smaller tip than I ever leave. Then it came time to pay she forgot where she left her credit card reader. How can someone be so inept at her job? IF I go back I will ask for a different server. There was no need for that kind of service as she only had 3 tables.
Steak was delicious,potatoes ribs broccoli were good as well but the steak stood out the most. Nice place nice people. Was a nice first time eating at Ruby Tuesday's and in Maine on top of that . Their salad bar was also very good.

The salad bar is consistently excellent. It is not too crowded tonight.
My partner and I decided to order two takeout meals from this restaurant. However, when we arrived home and checked the order, we realized that both meals were incorrect. We attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times, but there was no answer. I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this place unless you carefully check your order before leaving. This is not the first, second, or even third time we have encountered issues with our orders from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be the last time we order from here.
I went to Smashburger yesterday, and I was a bit hesitant at first but was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and great service from the waitress.
Brewer, Maine LocationVERY disappointed!My wife and I went to have lunch as we do frequently, it was not very busy, we chose seats at the bar after checking in with the hostess. Only three other patrons at the bar, the bartender was nowhere to be found. The servers had to pour their own beers as we watched several of them go behind the bar none of them even acknowledged we were there. After waiting 15 minutes, and not having anyone even speak to us or acknowledge our presence we decided to go elsewhere. This is not our first time having a bad experience with terrible service. Skimpy. Overpriced. 6 or 7 shrimp and an equal amount Of onion rings...$19.00 you should be ashamed. I won't be back. Overcharge someone else.
