The sausage tasted old and seemed like it had been sitting on a buffet for hours. The total bill was $50.

The peas are frozen still, the lettuce was wilted, the selection was WAY less than half of the over 50 ingredients they promise. It took a fairly long time to get our food (35min) and it appeared to have been under the warmer for a bit. I really like Ruby's and will return, but I do think the pandemic has definitely burdened the restaurant.

The bartenders were unable to make quality drinks; I tried two different cocktails, both of which were undrinkable. My friend had one drink, I had two, and the bill came out to be around $70 just for alcohol. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning. Additionally, the waitress had a negative attitude even though the restaurant was not busy.

Our s... read more Last night we went to the brewery in Ruby and were disappointed to find a broken door handle and an empty parking lot. We decided to leave without dining. Our server was friendly, but the kitchen made a serious mistake. I ordered the rare rib eye with double steamed broccoli, as I do not like crispy broccoli. My friend ordered his broccoli well done. Unfortunately, the broccoli was very crunchy and the replacement was not any better. My steak was overcooked and dry. Overall, we were not impressed and do not plan on returning.

However, when we arrived home and checked the order, we realized that both meals were incorrect. We attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times, but there was no answer. I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this place unless you carefully check your order before leaving. This is not the first, second, or even third time we have encountered issues with our orders from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be the last time we order from here.

Only three other patrons at the bar, the bartender was nowhere to be found. The servers had to pour their own beers as we watched several of them go behind the bar none of them even acknowledged we were there. After waiting 15 minutes, and not having anyone even speak to us or acknowledge our presence we decided to go elsewhere. This is not our first time having a bad experience with terrible service.
