Dunkin' - Brewer
Dunkin'
Description
A popular quick‑service café delivers wildly inconsistent experiences: some visits feature friendly staff, clean spaces, seasonal coffees and fresh donuts, while others report long drive‑thru waits, incorrect or cold orders, burnt or stale items, poorly made drinks, and hygiene lapses. Repeated order errors and signs of inadequate staff training undermine reliability. When service and quality align it’s pleasant and convenient, but unpredictability around accuracy, speed, and food preparation leaves many customers hesitant to return.

Not once has this location gotten an order correct, but my last visit will be my last visit. Waited in drive through for half an hour to reach the speaker...informed them I was picking up a web order...they told me that both drinks were unavailable...theymade substitutions...I told them to make sure there was NO MEAT in the order, because they had screwed that up.lasttime...another 20 minutes to get to the window...they tell me they have no web orders! Five emoyees standing at the windowmotionless, with blank expressions...oblivious that they just told me they had to change the order that they now say neverexisted! Finally got passed the food, ice cold breakfast sandwiches, and two drinks that could not have been more bitter andvile!! Complete and utter incompetence...I have fired people that were better workers than every single employee at thisl8cation!
I?m not usually someone who makes reviews. But I came here and ordered a bagel in drive thru and I noticed the female who had just been working the window go and make my bagel and she only had one glove on and she held my bagel in her ungloved hand. Shequickly realized I was watching her and set the bagel down, but still bagged and gave me the contaminated bagel. You would thinksince she had been working the window and touching peoples cards and money she would had 1) washed her hands and 2) wore thecorrect amount of gloves.
I tried the special edition Valentine donuts in celebration of the holiday. They were sweet and enjoyable, but they're probably not something I'd order regularly since I'm more of a fan of Boston cream and maple glazed donuts. However, it was a fun experience to visit Dunkin' Donuts for an early Valentine's Day treat with my husband. One highlight of our visit that definitely earned Jess five stars was the selection of special winter coffee flavors.
I cannot recommend this place. I ordered a vanilla chai, but I was given a coffee with vanilla flavor instead. When I went back through the drive-thru to address the mistake, I had to wait 10 minutes for another chai, which turned out to be wrong again. It was a complete waste of money. I work nearby and won't be returning to this location. Dunkin, you really need to improve your staff training.
Since I got my baby girl, I've made it a habit to take her along when I grab drinks from drive-thrus. She loves car rides and can’t resist human food! Visiting this location is always a delight because everyone is so friendly. This time, having her with me made the experience even better! She had a great time meeting the staff, especially a wonderful employee named Austin, who kindly offered her a couple of blueberry munchkins (which she quickly devoured!). Thank you all once again! Let’s spread more positivity in the world! <3
