Smoke On Bbq - BREVARD

Overall, everything at this restaurant is excellent except for the collard greens. I was disappointed to find peppers in them, making them too spicy to eat. It was a waste of money for a side dish that should be prepared differently. The owners should try collard greens in Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi, where they use smoked hocks instead of bacon for seasoning and focus on not overpowering the greens. Despite this, I will still return because they have the best BBQ in town. I just hope they allow customers to add their own heat preference next time.

I ordered the K.C. Jones sandwich and it was fantastic! I live nearby and appreciate the delicious BBQ at this restaurant.

Blue Smoke is truly delicious. I absolutely love the Brisket tacos. Every dish I have tried there, from the sides to the meats to the desserts, has been fantastic. I think I need to go grab some barbecue from there right now!

Blue Smoke rocks! Consistently wonderful with excellent service! Ribs last night were delicious and chopped collards w/ generous bits of Q earlier in the week fantastic. Brisket Tacos always a winner. Another local appreciating them anchoring here!
