Non-pretentious, friendly, casual service with a 5-star rotating seasonal menu. Quite possibly the best French press coffee I've had. Everything from the bourbon margarita to the artichokes to the apple salad and lemon tart with blackberry compote was so good! View all feedback.
What Erik Olson doesn't like about Marcos:
Tough night for them...ambiance was amazing but the service was slow and the food was not up to standards. We had the steak frites. Steak came WELL done as a solid hunk vs. sliced and sauced...and it took 40+ min after the salad (which was delicious). We had to skip dessert which came with the prix fix menu. Maybe they were slammed but having to leave to catch our show when we came an hour and 45 min in advance is ju... View all feedback.
Giving this crew a strong 5* for a meal I had there recently. Best pasta dish I’ve ever had in Brevard. Went there the first month they were open and they were not ready for prime time but all of this has changed. Very excited to have them in town

I would NEVER come back to this place. We went went there for dinner last night and from the beginning to the end it was the worst experience of my life. It took us 30 minutes to receive drinks, Then another 25 to receive the bread that comes on the table. My brothers asked for 2 lemonades and got water with lime concentrate in them. they politely told the server that they didn 't like the way they tasted because they were too bitter. The server then came to our table and took the order. My friend ordered a steak with a side of pasta and my brothers ordered the stake but just asked them not to put the spinach on the steak, We thought everything was fine until the OWNER came to out table very aggressively and said What 's the Problem we told him there was no problem and the lemonades were just too bitter and they said they will just drink water and were OK. He refused to walk away and attempted to get into a back-and-forth with us about what was going on. We were so confused. 30 minutes later we were wondering where the food was, The boys began getting antsy so they asked when the food was coming out. I noticed a couple across the dining room that sat down after us was already eating their food. I then noticed that couple get their check and I noticed something was wrong. the owner then came over again and it was a very aggressive encounter again and we felt so uncomfortable. we then got our food and ate and left. We then wanted to talk to the owner about what happened when we were leaving and he told us Lets take this outside he then ushered us into the middle of the street and started a shouting match, my brothers ran to the car because they were so scared because they thought there was about to be a physical altercation. My family was was treated so badly I dont wish anyone to go there and deal with that guy.
Would be 5 stars if any effort at all were made to accommodate food intolerances. What we had was excellent.Due to their rigid inflexibility needed to actually order the main dish based upon the sides that could be tolerated. The place was virtually empty and couldn't substitute dairy filled risotto for roasted potatoes.Ridiculous.
Service and atmosphere were great. Our server was friendly and attentive and the patio was beautiful. Unfortunately, our pasta was overcooked and highly under seasoned. Our steak, while great in flavor, was at least two levels of doneness different than what we'd ordered and the accompanying potatoes were still raw. I'm guessing someone in the kitchen was just having an off night, but we likely won't be back.
