To be clear we had stop... read more My wife and I bought 2 shakes today and we were greeted and served by a young man named Jarrod who is always pleasant and professional . To be clear we had stopped going to the Brevard location months ago as the service and the food were terrible and we were there at least twice a week. All that changed after the new manager (Cal I think is his name) took over . The food and the service are great again as a direct result of Cal and Jarrod. Now my wife and I are back to eating there a couple of times a week. Not only that but some of my friends feel the same , as they had stopped eating there too, but have now resumed their weekly patronage as well. The one common denominator between all of us is that Cal and Jarrod have made such a difference that we hope you appreciate them as much as we do. Your sales have grown as result of their exemplary attitude and courtesy.

However, I was missing an item from my order, and my requested customizations were not fulfilled. I've been a customer since they opened, and this issue has occurred frequently. While the food is acceptable, it seems like the employees may not be paying enough attention to details. I'm sure the manager would resolve the situation, but it's just not worth the hassle. No i... read more They were under-staffed with only three people, I ordered a Big Double cheeseburger and fries and an Oreo milkshake at the Brevard North Carolina location. No issues with the milkshake. But it took a long time to be able to place the order becausethey didn't have enough help, when we did order the person taking the order was not paying attention and did not hear me saythat I wanted double fries although a co-worker with me informed her of her error. When I received the order I looked under thebun and it looked like there was only one patty and it was very small. When I took it to the counter it again took time forsomeone to come out and talk to me and upon being told that there were two patties under that small piece of meat I wassurprised that cookout had gone to such reduce size in the circumference as well as the depth of their burgers. I was told thatit had been a company change recently and that was what they were sending. I accepted that until me and my co-worker bit intothe hamburger and it was discovered that the hamburgers were hard crispy even as if they had been sitting under the heat lampfor some time. I was disappointed that someone back there on this day would put dried out hamburgers on a bun and expect thecustomers to enjoy the experience. Both me and my co-worker complained again and even the worker who looked at the burgers wassurprised that it made its way out onto our table. They did recook them which took some more time and they were tasty but againsmall in nature. My coworkers milkshake, a peach milkshake had not been ground up properly and some bits of the peach werefrozen so hard that I could not drink it with a straw and it was almost too hard to chew. I contacted the company by phone whilesitting there in the restaurant and they took my complaint and apologized. They said they would follow up on my information. Didn?t read reviews or anything before going. First time here everything was delicious!!!!! Service was amazing!! Didn?t get thegirls name but she was very helpful patient while we decided on what to try. She gave suggestions everything was perfect. Mydaughter loved her shake, too! Dining room area was clean, as well. On top of all of that, you can?t beat the prices!! It wasroughly $21 for 3 people to eat! Try spending that at another fast food place, for quality food? isn?t happening!
