Bojangles' - BREVARD

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The pork chop biscuit was terrible, and the country ham biscuit was just as bad. The ham was cooked so hard that it was inedible. Overall, it was a complete waste of money, and when I voiced my concerns, the manager was unkind.

I've been here several times, and I've noticed that the service has significantly improved. Fast food has been a challenge for everyone lately, but this team is really doing their best, and it shows.

The food is excellent, especially when you know who’s in the kitchen. However, there are times when it can be cold, and you can really tell whether the chicken is fresh or not. If you visit during lunchtime, you can count on getting some delicious, hot, and fresh chicken. At other times, though, it feels like playing Russian roulette. Some of the younger staff seem to prioritize getting their paycheck over delivering good customer service.

They say good things come to those who wait I should have waited and went somewhere else the food was terrible I did not know that Bojangles' fries could taste bad until today.

Don't waste your time going unless you want to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru and have terrible food. Can't wait for McDonald's to reopen.
