Don’t bother going unless you’re prepared to wait over 30 minutes in the drive-thru and eat poor-quality food. The ham was overcooked to the point that it was inedible. Overall, it felt like a total waste of money, and when I brought up my concerns, the manager showed no sympathy.

However, there are occasions when the dishes can be served cold, and you can definitely tell if the chicken is fresh. If you go during lunchtime, you can expect tasty, hot, and fresh chicken. At other times, though, it feels a bit hit-or-miss. Some of the younger staff seem to focus more on their paychecks than on providing quality customer service.
