However, there are occasions when the dishes can be served cold, and you can definitely tell if the chicken is fresh. If you go during lunchtime, you can expect tasty, hot, and fresh chicken. At other times, though, it feels a bit hit-or-miss. Some of the younger staff seem to focus more on their paychecks than on providing quality customer service.

The staff was courteous and communicated well. The woman at the window, despite being busy, was very accommodating. I had seen some negative reviews before my visit, but I wanted to check it out for myself, and I'm really glad I did. The food was fantastic!

Don’t bother going unless you’re prepared to wait over 30 minutes in the drive-thru and eat poor-quality food.
