We had several dietary requirements in our group (vegan, gluten free, vegetarian) which the team of Maan happily satisfied. Not only that but these meals were also delicious and not just for the sake of it as in some places. The non-vegetarian meals were also delicious, delicately prepared, innovative, in season. As amuse-bouche we had oysters and Parma ham, little shrimps and dried tuna with mousse, etc etc. Incredibly nice team on the service side, great chef. Thank you for a great evening!

An intimate setting made it a perfect place f... read more A gem of a restaurant in Breukelen. Went on Feb 14th, and it was a super experience from the minute you arrive in. An intimate setting made it a perfect place for such a special evening. The server was very attentive and in fact all the staff were very well informed and there was no issue with a swop of dishes as I’m allergic to shell fish. The food. Wow. Clearly created with skill, experience and most of all passion. The beetroot risotto. I died and went to heaven. Stand out restaurant. Looking forward to returning in a regular evening. Highly recommend.
