The girl who served simply didn’t talk at all, just muttered and answered reluctantly. When she said that I had a customer card, she stood silently, saying nothing, and when I repeated again about having a card, with such with disdain in her voice and eyes she just said, “well, I’m listening”! It’s the same when paying. I paid with a card and not a word just said, “Please attach the card, etc.” In the end, she just snatched the card from me and attached it, silently and quickly with irritation! She was a little dumbfounded, of course!!! She just had to I had to guess when and at what moment I should use it. I left with the feeling that I just forced her to work and make me coffee! Unfortunately, I didn’t pay attention to the name of this employee, but this was the first time in this establishment! In comparison, the cafe on the embankment has very wonderful and polite staff!
