We had sent the children to the cinema close by and drove into the town to find this little restaurant tucked away. As we walked in the number of diners gave away the quality of the food. in the dining area tables were quite close together which gave a cosy feeling. What User doesn't like about La Boule d'Or:
I ordered Oysters and there were 3 worms wriggling over the oysters when I complained - the Owner removed the plate and just took off the worms - you could see the same oysters on the plate, etc. It is the worst meal I have had in my life and put everyone off their food - we will never return View all feedback.

Very good kitchen, very competent staff. Just a flat on the deco very vieillotte.
