Shan Running Sushi Bressanone

Abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza! locale tutto ristrutturato, bello e si mangia tutto quello che si può mangiare ora ... non c'è più il nastro che gira. la padrona di casa è il suo personale, molto gentile e parlare bene italiano ... torneremo presto. Grazie.

As a Japanese expat living abroad for more than 10 years, I ate Sushi in different countries before. Here in Brixen, I was also not expecting the same quality of Sushi that I can eat in Japan of course, my comments concern it as well. They have the running sushi section and the table section. Running Sushi pieces did not look delicious to me at all, some of them were completely different than sushi maybe from some other asian cuisine, which I never saw in my life as a Japanese. We sat at the table section but the area smelled like restroom and it was so disturbing I could not eat anything inside. I do have big hygiene concern about this restaurant. Another week, I tried another restaurant in Brixen and ate quite ok sushi there, actually 100% preferable compared to here. In short, it was a disturbing visit and experience for me. I hope that they change their cleanliness concept.

Real good sushi in a wide range of different dishes. From sushi, maki, spring rolls, crabs, shrimps, wasabi, ginger, chicken, goose, vegetables, fruits, cakes everything comes along your seat. Only open the flap and take a dish, simple, easy and convenient. Additional you receive a plate of sashimi. And all of this for a fixed price of 18,90 Euro/person (May 2015). I was here with my son of 13 years (he don't like fish sooo much) and the next day he want to go here again. So we did.

Il posto è di una bellezza disarmante. Stile moderno e molto luminoso. La qualità del cibo è molto alta ma, ciò che mi ha colpito di più, è la creatività nei piatti. Il miglior sushi di Bressanone!
