Pizzeria Al Vogaor - Brenzone

The food was average. we had pizza and pasta as well as gloomy. nothing that turned out, neither good nor bad. host could be more friendly.

This restaurant used to walk along the lake. came back to dinner (backward) after a week we were tired of pasta and pizza, so chose a main course with riders! the amazing, service excellent, busy also on a Sunday so...ambience was cool. eating hearty and saw many great pizzas that other people had. fantastic evening. just wait for the sun to finish this relaxing experience.

We were there for a dinner, spent there 3hrs and awaited appertizer for one hour and another hour waiting to main course. When ordered pasta was finally on our table (after 2hrs) we were totally hungry. Unfortunetely this pasta was the worst which we had...during the week when we stayed in Italy. We tasted better pasta at the petrol station than this one. To many meals on the menu...that is the problem of this restaurant.

We ate here several times while staying in Cassone, a small town about 4 km south of the city center of Malcesine. This restaurant is on the shore of Lake Garda and offers nice views from most tables. I really liked the pizza super...thin crust, great taste, fresh toppings (though not too much of them). Others in our party liked the pasta (especially their in-house recipe for penne) and the fresh fish. The menu clearly shows which fish are fresh and which may be previously frozen. Serving sizes are large. We thought that service was friendly and efficient. Wine choices are very basic, but OK. I think the address and map in TA are incorrect. Al Vogaór Pizzeria Restaurant Bar is at the north end of Cassone, next to a public parking area on the shore. Even google maps shows it at the south end of Cassone; it's actually several blocks north.

This restaurant has the perfect setting but the staff let it down, they are not really helpful and trying to converse with them was made doubly difficult because they only spoke Italian and German. The food was also pretty average
