If you have to meet only one person in Italia, its Ricardo ! He is kind , gentle , present , good advice. He is the soul of this hotel and we will come back for sur ! Thx a lot to you.
We ate on three evenings at the hotel and were treated like honoured guests. The staff are very friendly and attentive, without being obtrusive, and the food is of the highest quality. We ate on the first floor balcony overlooking the lovely gardens and the lake.
