Taco Bell - Brenwood

My grandson picked up food at this location. My order was a Nacho Belle Grande combo with a hard shell taco. He was told when arriving at the restaurant that they were out of CHIPS (at a mexican restaurant! so they substituted a Mexican Pizza for the Belle Grande. They never asked if this was OK with us. The taco was great but the Mexican pizza was terrible. There was not ANY meat on it and it did not look or taste appetizing at all. This is the second time in a few weeks that I have received this order with no meat. He was told that we would receive a refund but I seriously doubt that. My friends, neighbors and acquaintances will hear about this. My only income is social security so I cannot afford to be served ueatable food.

One of the worst meals I ever had personally. The food was cold and soggy most of it should’ve been grilled and surely wasn’t. Simply put it was gross and inedible to begin with, to make it worse, the packaging was poorly done so food was tossed around making the worst presentation ever. after this, I will never go back to Taco Bell at Concord again. I highly recommend you go somewhere else as well.

Food is very sub par here. But the service is extremely consistent…consistent the worst service I’ve received at any Taco Bell I’ve been to.Drive thru worker sounds both lifeless and pissed at the same time. And the other worker took my card, returned my card, and handed me food without saying a SINGLE word. No telling me the total owed (which is common to make sure I’m paying for the right order) no hello, thank you, here you go, nothing.

Got a good breakfast at this location, the young guy taking the order was very nice too

Worst Taco Bell ever, night shift makes everything wrong.i Ordered a chicken chalupa supreme with no tomatoes, they gave me a beef chalupa. I ordered a 5 layer burrito with no beans, they added extra beans on there. Fries were cold and crunchy. Go to McDonald’s next door they have better service and food
