Cheese Steak Shop - Brenwood

So happy that this place opened up again in our area! Everything arrived hot and delicious!! The only bummer is they changed their fries, the steak fries aren't really steak fries where they are wide and flat, now they are more like a thicker shoestring style. My hubby ate them but I much prefer the real steak fries.

The Gilroy was OUTSTANDING!! I love how many garlic cloves were on the sandwich

I ordered steak fries and received regular fries that were barely cooked through, I ordered curly fries with the kids grilled cheese that I didn't receive at all, the kids grilled cheese had a weird taste to it and just wasn't good, the classic king I ordered was supposed to have mushrooms and pizza sauce added to it for an added cost of $4.39 and neither one was added to the sandwich, I'm pretty sure I said no peppers but they were on the sandwich anyway (but I can't see the original order to see if I checked that box or not), the chicken western had an odd, sour -like taste to it which made it not taste too good. The classic king did have plenty of meat on it though, so that much was okay.
