Absolutely loved my experience for being a 1st timer! I booked my sons 6th birthday party here. Check in was easy, the gentleman at the counter were personable and we had an event hostess named Brandy who was very accommodating. Randy, the General Manager, sought me out and introduced himself. Told me if I needed anything to please let him know. Of course I had a few questions and he was able to answer them all with no problem. Throughout the event, he kept checking in, making sure we had everything we needed, if there was something I needed- he handled it right then and there. The food was delicious! Cheese pizza, chicken tenders french fries. It was replenished the entire time we were there and my guest didn't go without getting a plate or two. Unlimited soft drinks was a plus! Everyone had an amazing time! Before leaving, I spoke to Randy and thanked him for everything and he definitely went above and beyond!

Had a bday party for my granddaughter. The service was good. Prices are very high.

Great Service, we went spare of the moment with a group of 30! And they were able to accommodate us in a timely manner and even let us bowl a little past closing.

Whole facility is brand new and beautiful...the manager is also very friendly
