Golden Fish - Brentwood

I recently got a savaloy, pie, and chips to share with my son from this restaurant. The portion of large chips was very generous and it only cost £10.00, which was great value for money. I definitely plan on returning to try their kebabs soon.

The kebabs at this restaurant are delicious because they are marinated in a flavorful sauce before cooking. The chili sauce is tasty but more similar to hot ketchup than traditional chili sauce. The fries are fresh and tasty. This place is always my go-to spot in the neighborhood. Just remember to bring cash because they don't accept card payments.

The staff at this restaurant are always polite and willing to accommodate. The service is fast, especially when compared to other fish and chip shops that are often slow. Overall, a pleasant experience.

They don't offer OAP or children's meals as stated in the description, but if you ask for a smaller portion or a pound value of chips, they will accommodate you. I highly recommend this place and it's always interesting to see the diverse and lovely customers that visit.

I was well taken care of as a wheelchair user, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed with the food or the friendly and polite service. Paul
