I can't stress how INCREDIBLY friendly the staff was today at lunchtime. They gentleman at the register greeted me as I came in the door, asked my name, used my name, and wished me a wonderful rest of the day. My food was ready before I could even fill my drink cup, and was hot and very fresh. The restrooms were wonderfully cleaned (the men's was at least) it had obviously recently been cleaned. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Order a chicken sandwich and I forgot to ask Senf in Nashville on the old Hickory Rd. I got the manager's attention and I informed her that I forgot to ask for Senf, and I wonder if I put a few on my sandwich. She took my sandwich and told the person in the back to add mustard and the girl copied a setting and drowned my sandwich in mustard. I used the mobile app to place my order today, and it was a quick and seamless experience! When I arrived, I mentioned that I had a mobile order and provided my name. I was then directed to pull around, and just like that, my food was ready in no time and my order was completely accurate. Excellent job! I will definitely use the mobile app again in the future.
On February 20, 2022, at 2 PM, I had a great experience at this Wendy's. The customer service was very friendly, and my food was served quickly. The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant were outstanding compared to all the Wendy's locations I've visited in Nashville. Well done, team!
The food was tasty, and the drive-thru service was quick. I wasn't a fan of the strawberry frosty, but I absolutely loved the chocolate one!
