Subway - Brentwood

I can't believe how terrible my experience was. I went there for lunch with two friends, and right after I placed my order, a large group came in. Once the staff got overwhelmed, all sense of professionalism seemed to go out the window. My sandwich was taken out of the toaster before it was properly toasted, and then it was hastily assembled and bagged. The employee quickly moved on to the next customer, leaving me standing there in disbelief as I watched what was happening. I never got my order and decided to leave. I tried to speak to a manager afterward, but no one would respond. When I called back several times, the phone was disconnected to avoid my calls. Unbelievable! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I can’t understand how this place remains in business. I will never go back, and I will definitely tell everyone I know and work with to avoid it as well.

I noticed a significant improvement in service thanks to the new employees. The sandwiches are a bit pricey, but MiMi and Gregg were outstanding. The store was clean, and the sandwiches I ordered were made perfectly. Kudos to the new staff!

Tent from 1 star to 4. This place used to be terrible. The Lord who would serve us always looked like he hated his job and did not interact well. The food tasted stables and was even subpar for a subway. I don't know what happened, but it seems that the place is doing much better. Various sandwich manufacturers and the ingredients seem new. And the food is much better. Would you recommend now if you are a fan of Subway.

The last time I dined here—and I used to come every week until recently—the food was disappointing. The service was still good, and the staff were pleasant, but the bread was stale on more than one occasion, and the toppings just weren't as fresh. I’m not sure what happened because I’ve always loved Subway, but I've decided to stop visiting this location.
