Starbucks - Brentwood

Nice, chill spot to hang out and read or get some work done while traffic dies down. I’ve had good experiences with the employees at this location, and I really like that the building has outdoor outlets to plug up your laptop if you wanna get some fresh air while you do some work.

Yesterday, my team and I placed an order through the mobile app and picked it up at the drive-thru, and I can honestly say we had an amazing experience—I'm not exaggerating at all. Lila (I hope I spelled that right) greeted me over the intercom with a wonderfully warm demeanor, and when I reached the window, she made sure I received every item from my mobile order. Additionally, Amber was the one preparing the drinks, and I can confidently say these were the best drinks we’ve had there. Some of our mobile orders were quite complicated, yet every single drink was crafted to perfection. We've been regular customers at this location, and over the past couple of weeks, the service has continually improved. We can’t thank all of you enough for bringing a little sunshine and happiness to our clinic during our long 12+ hour days! Writing this review and calling the store may seem like a small way to express our gratitude, but we truly appreciate everything you do!

This Starbucks is incredibly fast, efficient, and friendly. I pick up my breakfast sandwich and coffee here every morning. I always place my order ahead of time, and when I arrive, it's ready for me—no matter how busy they are. I really appreciate the kind baristas and staff!

The service here is quick and reliable. I've never received the wrong order at this location. The staff is also very knowledgeable about coffee and its pairings!

The drive-thru is very narrow, leading directly into the road. The line moved fairly quickly, but it took about 13 minutes. During that time, a car zoomed out of the lot, heading the wrong way, and almost collided head-on with my car as it attempted to squeeze into two parking spots. Overall, the atmosphere was practically non-existent.
