because as the Go-to coffee shop for many locals they would think that these would be clogged, but it is not. they are so fast here, especially in the drive-thru. I went through the drive-thru and they got both of my drink orders wrong. I ordered a Dragon drink with light ice and vanilla cold foam, which was written on the cup. However, they didn't give me my cold foam but still charged me $1.25 for it. They also didn't give me light ice; there was a lot of ice in the drink. I was blown away how this location, handles our issue. Monday November 27, 2023 my husband bought me a ice coffee and oatmeal he also had oatmeal and coffee. I was eating my oatmeal only used the shave almonds and brown sugar, while I was eating I accidentally spilled some of the oatmeal and noticed something moving and it was a magot. I was so disgusted drove back told the Manger of the day and they apologize refunded our purchase and that was it. No gift card for was offered for this disgusting situation the amount of money we spend at this corporation was like a slap in our face- sorry there was maggots in your oatmeal here is your money back you would have thought they would give us a gift card doe future use. I was given a gift card and refunded when a order was taking way to long I called the county health inspector and went to the doctors because I was so disgusted. By the time the health offices showed up they dumped all their oatmeal on 27th of Novembef and they went on Wed. He reported they opened a couple bags and saw nothing and they also said as if was going to make us feel bettwr they dont sell much oatmeal. Ridiculous i will never visit this location again no remorse nor did they even try
My go to Starbucks now. The line moves pretty fast, people are friendly, and my drink is always made right ?
The customer service at this restaurant was excellent and I was made to feel extremely welcome, as if I were a part of the family! It was a very heartwarming experience and my drink was prepared perfectly.
