Mcdonald's - Brentwood

My order is consistently wrong. This location is understaffed or need to hire better help

This is the best McDonald's location in my opinion in comparison to those located in Oakley, Antioch and Brentwood.They always get the order right, food is good and they're fast.I only will get breakfast here once in awhile, so I can only speak for the morning crew and breakfast items.

At around 8:40 p.m. on August 13, I driver to 7455 Brentwood blvd Brentwood ca 94513 McDonald’s and ordered 1 cup of L, Carmel, Frappe and two Happy toys no food at Drive thru for more than 9 dollar When I went to the checkout window, two people saw me as an Asian and said in a discriminatory tone that toys would sell to you 5 dollars for 1 taka out total 14.75 With a tone of discrimination and laughter I had to cancel the order and drive away. I have never seen such rubbish

Walked in looking for plants for my pond. Excellent selection! Great customer service!Picked up some koi fish as well. Ask for joe very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.

I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant, but my experience has been ruined by a new female employee at the drive-through. She has short hair and wears white, and she is extremely rude. She has messed up my order eight times now, despite me clearly stating no pickles, onions, or lettuce each time. She barely responds and seems distracted at the drive-through window, sometimes taking a minute to even acknowledge me.
