Donuts were superb, service was great, but the poor employees were very understaffed and they were worked to death. I felt sorry for them. The young lady at the driveway was so nice and apologetic. I wanted to give her a tip but she said that she was not allowed. View all feedback.
I believe they sold me day-old doughnuts last week. There was just one guy on the premises shoving doughnuts out the drive through window. I added a gratuity and thanked him. Pity.....
Ordered delivery paid $27 for one dozen. They called and said they didn?t have Halloween donuts so I substituted. They canceled my order but didn?t refund me and never answered the phone.

Sunday morning 8am. They are out of chocolate, strawberry and orginal glazed. How does this happen? Very poor leadership. Wasted my time again. Thank you Brentwood Krispy Kreme for your constant let down.
Twice now delivery has been fouled up. On Labor Day I used their LABORDAY , as advertised for 9/3-9/5, code for donuts and placed an order online. An hour later DoorDash calls and says they?re there to pick up the order but the store is closed. Second time in a month I?ve ordered online only to have the order cancelled an hour later. Store is not aligned with online ordering.
