This place looks more like a shady beer joint from the outside, but sometimes the hole in the wall joints that only the locals know about are the best. Forget those tourist traps like Edley's, Martin's, and Jack's BBQ. This place has some of the best BBQ and sides in Tennessee. I have been several times, and the food has always been cooked to perfection. Meats are out of this world with the smoked turkey impressing me the most. The fried okra has been perfect every time. To many great sides to mention them all, but all have always been done right. The only negatives for me is that the fried pickles are to big with not enough battered crust on them, and the servers I have had have been sub par making it very difficult to get their attention for refills and such. But new servers might be there by now.

If I could give a 10 instead of 5 I would! Some of the BEST BBQ ever. Cool atmosphere! Great Staff! Good Prices!! A hidden Gem!! We will be back

I was quite impressed with this charming BBQ spot. The waitress was exceptionally sweet and accommodating, and the BBQ brisket was excellent. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.

Very dry brisket and dry baby backs. Not very good. Beans were ok. Nice servers.
