Duck Donuts is cute and very kid-friendly. The store has made-to-order donuts that I had never experienced before, and they are delicious works of art. The entire experience was delightful, even though the finished product took a little longer. View all feedback.
I agree with the last reviewer, the service here has made me never want to come back. The server was so rude... The same server was working on Friday, October 27, when my husband went into the store, and again today, October 31st, when I went into the store at 12:30 p.m. We thought her behavior on the 27th was just a one-off, but today confirmed that it is not, and should she continue to be employed here, she will likely run this franchise into the ground.I walked into the store today, was not greeted at all, but just told there will be no donuts because we don't have any dough. When I inquired as to whether there would be dough later in the day, the server told me that we close at 3:00 p.m. I said yes, I know that, but it's 12:30 p.m. do you think you will replenish your dough supplies before you close? She responded, I'm leaving early today because I've been here all day. She then asked me what I wanted, and I said I was going to order a dozen donuts and possibly use one of my rewards, to which she said I don't know how to do rewards, so, you won't be able to use that.Seriously, there was not a single positive thing that she said from the moment I entered the establishment! I honestly felt like I must be on some sort of reality TV show where she was trying to convince me to feel badly for being in this place of business, And definitely did not want to try to sell a donut. To the owner, we have a family owned small business ourselves, and if you don't change how you run this business, you'll be closed before next year. The donuts are good, but the customer service has to be better, and I left today unwilling to come back because it's just not worth it.
A hidden gem in Middle TN. I appreciate the intimate space where you are able to witness them glaze and top the donuts for you. The donuts were not heavy and were quite satisfying. I would highly recommend this place.
Worse customer service! Came here on my lunch break for a afternoon snack and stood in the lobby for 2 to 5 mins without anyone greeting me. Then i finally turned to look at the worker and she rolled her eyes and made a face and said can I help you. Like I 'm the problem here. I saw a lady in the back and she looked like she was coming off a lunch break and ready to work. Instead of greeting me or even acknowledged that i was there she sticks her empty cup in the ice machine to make herself a drink!!! I walked out at this point between not being acknowledged, horrible customer serivce and attitude from the workers. There are plenty of other doughnut spots that are cheaper than 2 dollars a doughnut and better customer service. You lost a customer before i could even try it for the first time.
We drove 45 minutes because it states here on Google that you are open till 5pm!!
