Courtyard By Marriott Nashville Brentwood

Stopped here because I was tired and expected a good rest. Check in was a hassle, reader wouldn't read card, all the times it tried to charge me better come off. No Sr. Discount, they try to charge you a 15% incidental fee, will file dispute with Amex if it shows, room was clean, bed, I am still hurting. I'll stick with Holiday Inn from here on out.

Great hotel! Kind staff. Very nice pool. Brentwood location is great. Clean rooms.

I found MULTIPLE ROACHES and two of the pillows in my bed were dirty, one had some type of brown dirt or skid mark and the other had a weird squished creature that was fuzzy and goopy on it. the toilet seat had pubic hair and was wet when i arrived. and when trying to fall asleep i kept smelling something weird. so disgusting i feel dirty and like i can never be clean again. so gross.

The room was very clean and everything was in excellent working order. The service I received at the front desk was exceptional. The manager was great and had something fixed immediately. Location is nice and close to Nashville.

Awesome accommodations! Super friendly staff; Spotlessly clean throughout; Free parking; Delicious complimentary breakfast; Close to Brentwood shops (easy walking distance); Comfortable bed in a quiet room with coffee and fridge. So glad to get a last-minute deal to stay here. We will be back.
