Chick-fil-a - Brentwood

The food here is decent for fast food. The portion sizes are a bit small, but that makes sense considering the price and the nature of fast food. There are better choices available if you're looking for affordable and healthier options, but overall, this place is acceptable.

We love Chic Felt and dine here frequently. The app for ordering makes it easy to place orders and pick them up, which encourages us to visit more often due to the convenience of online ordering. We also appreciate that we can collect points with our online orders, which allows us to enjoy a free sandwich every now and then!

Standard Chick-fil-A experience. I ordered the nuggets, fries, and some other items. The chicken was tender, and the coating was crispy. However, I wasn't a fan of the fries—they either seemed old or the potatoes weren't washed properly before cooking.

I ordered the frosty lemonade and asked for whipped cream. They said they can't add whipped cream because they don't come with the drink. The waitress was friendly enough to check with the manager and he agreed not to whipped cream. I'm going to Starbucks next time. They are very generous with the plastered cream and even give a pup cup to my dog.

Great food but slow as Christmas!! Plan on a 45 min to an hour wait if you come here for lunch. Also, there is an elderly lady that works at this location that is absolutely RUDE! Everyone else is nice polite and what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. But not her!
