Carl's Jr. - Brentwood

This restaurant is a complete scam. They charged me 8 dollars for a Big Carl burger that was extremely small. I've had kids' meals that were bigger than this. I will never be going back here again.

We were charged nearly $12 for a cheeseburger and when I brought it to their attention, they only offered to refund $1.69. The service was terrible and I will never dine here again. The food was not even tasty.

The drive-thru attendant not only had a sharp appearance, with awesome hair, but was also very kind in patiently answering my questions about the lemonade.

Horrible customer service and the worst experience ever. I ordered my food on a mobile app and they refused to give me my order and told me they didn?t have it even though my card was charged. I tried showing my receipt and asking for a manager which I wasthen shewed away and they told me to call the police because I wasn?t getting my food (I was literally nothing but polite tothese people and just wanted my food or my money back The police ended up getting involved and what do you know, as soon asthey come, they now have my food ready and it had been ready for over 40 mins which is when I had arrived to the restaurant inthe first place. Definitely discrimination played a roll in this and I was treated like trash. Never even got an apology or myfood or my money back (didn?t want cold food Do not recommend esp if it?s the morning crew you have to deal with.

Disgusting! Come on, one would expect superior food presentation and quality food at their pricing. Burger was a mess and ended up hurting my stomach ????
