Magnificent experience! Excellent dishes, refined and elegant, with local products. The cooking is carried out with precision, the plates are very, very hot, it’s perfect. Quality and very pleasant service. Personally I would have liked “more” from the sommelier, who was also charming. The discovery menu is perfectly balanced. No feeling of excess.
