I think that started with good intentions. it looks nice inside, but it has become a landfill that looks good problems 1> workers are rude and seem only interested in taking their money 2> the Romanian gypsy bouncer, has a chip on his shoulder 3> drinks are too expensive, I decided to finally stop going when a young girl became so drunk, she could barely stand up and the workers. to tell them that they have to bring her a taxi home, as she was not sure to go. they gave no mother. Food was nice however service was rubbish and no communication was even acknowledged by staff nor was any effort made to make us feel comfortable or invited
Pizza somehow smelt like wet paint! Obviously did not taste good. Wife was leathered and still didn't eat it! Service was weird as well.
Visited before the england w. andorra game at wembley. clean, tidy and quick service. in london the prices were high, but very reasonable. the food was of good quality and the beer was well kept. the waiters kept the tables clean and clear. would I use again? Yes.
I ordered a round of 4 peroni’s and the following day I noticed that I was charged £66.20 for them! I have tried to contact the load several times by email and phone, but they do not respond. not only this shocking customer service, it starts as more conscious theft. I understand that key errors can happen, but they should be better careful to solve them when they are identified!
